Assertiv gives you the ability to create bookmarks for your staff to easily access websites and applications. This is particularly useful for accessing frequently viewed websites, or as an alternative to onboarding applications which do not support Single Sign-On.
Creating a Bookmark
From the Assertiv dashboard, navigate to to the Applications section. Click the Create App button on the top right of the Application List section.
Select the Bookmarks icon.
Enter in a name, and the website address for this application.
If you have an icon for this application, upload it by clicking on the button above the icon.
Save any edits.
For your users to access your bookmark from their Assertiv apps page, you must set up a role, assign users to the role, and give that role permission to access Office 365.

Accessing your Bookmark
If your user account has a role assigned that holds your bookmark. You can access your bookmark from the My Apps section of Assertiv. Either by clicking on My Apps from the menu, or Launch Apps from the dashboard.
