Log into Assertiv.
Navigate to the Dashboard page by clicking the home icon () in the top left corner.
Click on the Manage Requests tile.
This will take you to the Request Administration page.
To look up all requests for a given role, click on the Query by Role search bar and enter the name of the role for which you wish to view requests.
Click on the name of the role to initiate the query. The request list will be populated with all requests for the selected role.
To look up all requests for a given target user, click on the Query by Target User search bar and enter the name of the user for whom you wish to view requests.
Click on the name of the user to initiate the query. The request list will be populated with all requests with the selected target user.
If you enter query criteria in multiple search bars, then the query will return the requests that satisfy all criteria. So, eg, if you enter values for role and target, then you will see all requests for the selected role that have the selected user as the target.
To remove a search criterion, click on the search bar and click on the name of the criterion that you want to remove (which should be highlighted). Eg, to remove the criterion “Role = Accounts Payable”, click on Query by Role and then click on Accounts Payable.
To sort the list based on one of the columns, click on the heading at the top of that column. Eg, to sort based on Role, click on the heading of the Role/Permission column.
To cancel a request that is in progress, tick the box to the left of the request, then click the Cancel Selected Requests button above the list.
Enter your reason for cancelling the request in the dialog box that pops up, and click Confirm Cancellation.
