Using an administrator account, log into your Assertiv organization.
Click on the Manage Users tile on the dashboard page, or click on Users in the navigation menu.
This page will present a list of users in your Organization. In the top right of the main section of this page, select the 'Create User' button.
On the following page you will be prompted to enter details about the new user, such as:
- Username: the new user will log on with this username.
- Email Address: used for password reset.
By default, when you click save, the user will be sent an email with their username, temporary password and the URL to access your Assertiv organization.
Alternatively, toggle the following section to define a password and choose whether this password should immediately expire.
